Yes, we can offer referrals in several health related areas including but not limited to Life Coaching, Doctors, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and Nutritionists.

Is there a membership fee at the facility?
Yes, the membership fee is $30 per month for personal training clients and $70 a month for full time members. All memberships are on a month to month basis and can be canceled with a 30 day notice at anytime.

Yes, The facility has both a men's and women's locker/shower area that are fully stocked with towels and toiletries making it convenient to shower after your workout and be ready to return to your place of employment or for a night out on the town.
