The ability to quantify your current fitness level, identify physical and structural imbalances, and measure progress, begins with the establishing of base levels. There are four components to overall physical fitness:

1. Cardiovascular Fitness: Measures the heart, lungs and vascular systems’ ability to provide oxygen to the working muscles.

2. Muscular strength and endurance: Measures the body’s ability to handle strenuous physical tasks.
